“The rug was true to colour and of the quality advertised. It looks very nice and it is easy to take care of. The only problem is that the delivery was delayed more than the expected dates. After communicating with the customer service they did inform me that the carpet was not dispatched yet and gave me a new expected dispatch day, but I would have appreciated it if they had notified me without me having to contact them. At the end I got the carpet a week after the original expected date which is a considerable delay.”

“If the delivery was on time I would say very good. As the delivery lead time was out of Woven grounds control. Paul did everything possible to achieve delivery, much appreciated and the rug looks fab! Tara”
