“The Celestial runners have fabulous colours!! (Obviously, I have no idea yet about durability). Delivery is fairly fast. Only downside was on my 2nd order when they only delivered a part order, and I wasn't advised whether the rest was missing or to follow. Queried and sorted.”

“Really love our new rug and the quality appears to be great, although we have only had it a short time, so time will tell. We initial had some issues with our first order being lost. However Woven arranged a replacement in good time.”

“Very good customer service, the only reason I have not given 5 starts is it wasn't easy to get though on the phone. Once connected the service was excellent. My exchange went through without a hitch and the quality of the rug is very good. Thank you!”

“Excellent quality product, looks great and very pleased with my purchase. There were however issues with the delivery. Order placed 11th March and was advised it was in stock but did not receive until 14th May. Delayed in customs - but no updates received from Woven until I chased them on numerous occasions.”

“Many plus points for this company, including the employees I spoke to on occasions who were helpful and friendly. The rug itself is perfect and I am very pleased with it. The downside was that I ordered my rug in mid November and it didn’t arrive until the end of April. Even allowing for issues resulting from the pandemic I felt this was an exceedingly long time. However I was offered and accepted a 10% refund in early March which went some way towards pacifying my annoyance.”
