“Very quick delivery of rug. Some issues when I wanted to exchange the rug. No docs included with delivery for returns. However it was sorted out quickly after an exchange of emails.”

“I am rating a delivery to Sweden and Stockholm. Overall, I am happy with the delivery. They have a proper client service center that answers both e-mails and phone properly - I contacted them to find out more about the delivery date. It took some time before shipping, though once shipped it took less than a week before delivered to Sweden via UPS.”

“Originally there was a problem with the delivery of my rug which was being dispatched from Belgium. I emailed my query to Woven and the issue was promptly resolved and the rug was delivered within a week. I am impressed with the customer service and would certainly recommend WOVEN and would buy from them again.”

“Great choice of rugs at very competitive prices. Communications post-order regarding delivery dates were non-existent until I chased them up. After that, email contact was resumed and delivery pretty prompt and very efficient.”

“Excellent selection of products and good prices. The communication regarding my order was very good and our order arrived quickly. The only disappointment was that we didn't receive free underlay as promised on the website when we placed the order - 'to receive free underlay with your order, just message us and we'll do the rest' I did message the customer support team as requested, but didn't receive underlay.”

“Really nice rug that was very reasonably priced. Well packaged and quick delivery. My only slight gripe is that the free anti-slip mat that was offered wasn’t delivered. Opting in to the free anti-slip needed a message to be sent, so maybe the process just wasn’t set up properly? Not a big problem though.”

“Woven good. A straight forward purchase with a good discount so probably cheapest & delivery was ready day earlier than given when ordered so within 2 days I think. Rug is what i ordered & is fine. reason for 4 not 5 stars is delivery by UPS who spoiled the otherwise good deal by not giving tracking timing detail unless I registered an account with them. Even 15 mins before it arrived UPS track link said it may come the next day!”

“To be honest when I read reviews on here I was unsure weather to order from woven. I telephoned the company directly to make sure item was in stock.I was told it was and decided to take a chance and made order over the phone.I have to say I had no trouble with my delivery apart from I was told it would arrive on Tuesday but ended up turning up the day after on perfect condition, I guess every review and experience may differ but I’m happy with the service I received”
