“Have tried on numerous occasions to contact Woven by telephone but they never answer. After 10 minutes you are asked to leave a message to which they don't reply. Contact by email is problematic with Woven taking about a week to answer if you're lucky. Even then, answers to all questions aren't always forthcoming. Our issue is taking an age to resolve, they're just a nightmare.”
