“Had to return a rug as the colours were not right. They did not refund me for over a month, and only when I chased them. Not impressed.”

“Very quick delivery but initially the wrong colour rug was supplied. I have always found the true test of a company is how they deal with issues and so after two calls, the problem was sorted and the correct colour arrived within a week of the first one - not bad really and a good price.”
