“I ordered a Louis de Poortere Medallion rug in Ebony Grey. A week after placing the order still no confirmation of shipment . I called customer service and they said they'd chase. It arrived 5 days later and was left at the front door whilst I was out not impressed leaving an £800 order that anyone could have taken! When I opened it it was completely different from the colour on the website. I eventually managed to speak to Lucy in customer service after 2 days of calling and emailing with no response. I explained the website images were totally different to what I received and sent photos and asked for an exchange. She reluctantly said she would contact the supplier as their policy was not to exchange. I can't be certain she actually did send anything, as after 2 days I chased her for their response to which she said they wouldn't exhange I could only get a refund and I would have to pay for the return delivery cost. I paid £44 to return the rug which will not be reimbursed and as yet I still haven't received the refund for the rug! I should have gone through reputable company like John Lewis again as I've bought a previous Louis de Poortere rug in the past with JL and the colour was true to form. I would not recommend using Woven from start to finish it's been an appalling service!”

“Ok in the end. Wrong rug delivered and getting info out of staff via email was like pulling teeth. No reply to voice mail and incorrect tracking details and information regarding replacement given. Full like pure luck when the right rug arrived. Very happy with product but I don’t think I’d order from this company again.”

“The delivery of the ordered rug took over 2 months. The DX delivery service then said they took attempt for a week to deliver but never came to our house. We worked from home for this period and they never rocked up. Highly disappointing process”

“Only read the bad reviews after placing my order so was very apprehensive if I would receive my rug on time. Luckily I did , but unfortunately seemed to have received someone else’s by mistake too! Was a bit of nightmare getting in touch with someone to pick up the other rug but eventually got sorted.”

“I was looking at this particular rug on another site but it was quite dear for what it was, put the name of the rug in Google and woven came up also with a 20% discount, I was dubious at first as didn’t know woven as a site but took the plunge and bought from them, the rug was with me within 2 weeks (came from abroad) I’m very pleased with my rug and the price and the quick delivery and would definitely buy from them in the future”

“Love both my rugs and got great bargains! Can't believe I got my larger rug for £60 when they seemed to have a 'flash sale' on top of sale prices. I like this site a lot and I hope they introduce other items.”
