“Our order took 2 months to arrive. We had to provide an alternative delivery address as they were the only company ever to not find our house. After providing an alternative delivery address we were then told the rugs were on back order. It took constant chasing to eventually get our order. I emailed Woven outlining all this a week ago & still no response. Very disappointing customer experience.”

“Terrible service, if you can call it that. Ordered a rug, never arrived, painfully poor communication. Ended up raising a dispute through PayPal to get a refund.”
