“Poor communication. Payment made and item took over a week before it was dispatched with no information supplied that there would be a delay. I ended up having to chase for info on where the items were. Not sure if I would order from them again due to this.”

“Very quick delivery of rug. Some issues when I wanted to exchange the rug. No docs included with delivery for returns. However it was sorted out quickly after an exchange of emails.”

“I am rating a delivery to Sweden and Stockholm. Overall, I am happy with the delivery. They have a proper client service center that answers both e-mails and phone properly - I contacted them to find out more about the delivery date. It took some time before shipping, though once shipped it took less than a week before delivered to Sweden via UPS.”

“Ordered the Malmaison 5481 Gold Ivory. Took a few weeks to arrive as it was being imported from Belgium where it is made. This is to replace an identical one bought many years ago from Laura Ashley which we loved and were so glad to get a fresh replacement which also had the Laura Ashley label on it. Good quality, well made and timeless style. Would recommend. Also, when I called for a update on delivery I had a very courteous reply explaining the reason that it was not delivered straight away which was totally understandable. Would use Woven again and like their products which are just a bit different and fair value.”
