“Many plus points for this company, including the employees I spoke to on occasions who were helpful and friendly. The rug itself is perfect and I am very pleased with it. The downside was that I ordered my rug in mid November and it didn’t arrive until the end of April. Even allowing for issues resulting from the pandemic I felt this was an exceedingly long time. However I was offered and accepted a 10% refund in early March which went some way towards pacifying my annoyance.”

“Prompt and timely delivery of item ordered but slow to refund returned item. Having returned a rug to Woven on May 8th we had to email Woven to confirm its receipt via a response from them but we are still awaiting the refunded amount today.... on May 20th!”

“Rug arrived after 2 weeks, damaged corners, threads still attached hanging off, run right across the runner. Very thin hard and cheap looking very very disappointed for £80 runner. Still waiting for refund”

“We were expecting a little heavier rug We found it a bit pricey for what it is. However colour is exactly what we were expecting. Delivery was due on Friday but didn’t reach us till Monday.”

“My beautiful Dark Pine rug(s) were delivered the day promised. Nicely made in-and- out dark green with cracks rugs give the space deep,sophisticated,a bit antique character, exactly what I wanted. Also I was lucky to get unexpected very useful gift (rug)from the company, which I wouldn’t received if made an order from any other place. Thank you so much, Olga”
