“Really nice rug that was very reasonably priced. Well packaged and quick delivery. My only slight gripe is that the free anti-slip mat that was offered wasn’t delivered. Opting in to the free anti-slip needed a message to be sent, so maybe the process just wasn’t set up properly? Not a big problem though.”

“Woven good. A straight forward purchase with a good discount so probably cheapest & delivery was ready day earlier than given when ordered so within 2 days I think. Rug is what i ordered & is fine. reason for 4 not 5 stars is delivery by UPS who spoiled the otherwise good deal by not giving tracking timing detail unless I registered an account with them. Even 15 mins before it arrived UPS track link said it may come the next day!”

“When I read the reviews about woven I was a little worried to order as I had read a lot of negative reviews. I decided to take the chance as I really liked the Louis De poortere rugs. Fortunately, I recieved excellent customer service and my order arrived in under 4 days as described. I have no complaints regarding this company. Rest assure this is a genuine company as I received exactly what I ordered within the time specified. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews and took a leap of faith with this company.”

“Happy with rug, good size looks hard wearing and looks like the website image, postage a little long but can forgive as I live on an island plus Covid delays included I'm sure, shall use Woven again now I'm aware of site.”
