“Rug arrived within the timeframe stated. Customer service responded quickly when I asked if the anti slip mat was included. Delivery by UPS timely as well. Very pleased with the service throughout.”

“Ordered rug on line , if you want it in two days not going to happen . Arrived very well packaged and am extremely pleased , was supposed to get anti slip to go under rug for free but that never came”

“Excellent selection of products and good prices. The communication regarding my order was very good and our order arrived quickly. The only disappointment was that we didn't receive free underlay as promised on the website when we placed the order - 'to receive free underlay with your order, just message us and we'll do the rest' I did message the customer support team as requested, but didn't receive underlay.”
