“A very well made piece of kit. Seems to be more precise than the Felco diamond stone which I have used for many years. Needs some practice to produce uniform results. There is a video on the web, but guidance notes for using the device would have been helpful.”

“This is my fourth pair of felco secateurs. However , I have had to oil the silver spring to prevent it sticking in the closed position. Working now.”

“The prices were fairly reasonable considering that these pruners were a replacement for a pair I lost earlier in the year. I had the original ones for nearly 8 years and so couldn't exactly remember which model they were.. Handle seems a litle smaller than I remember.”

“I purchased a new part to get a bolt. It would be nice if some small parts were available separately for example the bolt alone without the anvil. The tool could have been refurbished for the amount of money spent on a couple of bolts. That being said, the delivery of parts was trouble free and I now have a useable pair of secateurs.”

“Prompt delivery of high class secateurs. Would have liked some written instructions on sharpening as the video, which was good, after viewing once, then became difficult to access as it kept picking up videos on YouTube from other sources due to algorithms. Wonderful to have the chance to buy something of better quality, than something made for a mass market in China.”

“Service very good but snips have a lot of play between blades ie joint not good enough. Lee perhaps you could tell me what you can do to help me . I have used Felco secateurs professionally for in excess of 50 years and this is the first time that I am less than happy. I look forward to hearing from you Lee with your response. “Quality tools not well packed. Just a poly bag and so much packing tape I was concerned about damaging the contents when opening. Found it a very irritating, a few days after delivery, to receive an e mail offering 15% discount on one of the items.”
