“I had very speedy delivery following my order. My daughter previously had a pair of left-handed bypass secateurs which she rated very highly but has lost them. The new purchase is a Christmas present for her so I cannot give a review.”

“Parcel arrived quickly, however badly packaged with no protective bubble wrap. Consequently the clear plastic outer was smashed on the corner, probably as it came through the letter box. A pity as it was bought as a gift.”

“I wrote asking you to consider improve your Secoteurs Felco 8 by extending the retaining lugs that the return spring sits on. You replied by inviting me to spend my money on a pair of replacement springs. Clearly, getting me to spend my money instead of you spending your money to improve your product must have a lot of short-term appeal. Nevertheless, I still wish that you would acknowledge that my suggestion of a cheap & simple solution to what is a very tiresome nuisance (to me as a customer) has some longer term merit.”

“We know we can rely on your products, which is the reason for this purchase. Only negative, the point end of secateurs had broken through the plastic packaging, which was a shame as they are a gift. Perhaps needs foam in the ends.”

“A very well made piece of kit. Seems to be more precise than the Felco diamond stone which I have used for many years. Needs some practice to produce uniform results. There is a video on the web, but guidance notes for using the device would have been helpful.”

“The prices were fairly reasonable considering that these pruners were a replacement for a pair I lost earlier in the year. I had the original ones for nearly 8 years and so couldn't exactly remember which model they were.. Handle seems a litle smaller than I remember.”

“I purchased a new part to get a bolt. It would be nice if some small parts were available separately for example the bolt alone without the anvil. The tool could have been refurbished for the amount of money spent on a couple of bolts. That being said, the delivery of parts was trouble free and I now have a useable pair of secateurs.”

“Prompt delivery of high class secateurs. Would have liked some written instructions on sharpening as the video, which was good, after viewing once, then became difficult to access as it kept picking up videos on YouTube from other sources due to algorithms. Wonderful to have the chance to buy something of better quality, than something made for a mass market in China.”
