“Quick and easy to order. The secateurs arrived quickly - within a week - by stealth. No idea who delivered - parcel found on doorstep (I was in). There were no emails to indicate when it might arrive, hence 4 stars.”

“Excellent tool, efficient and robust. Would have liked to order the three bolts, 6/7, 6/6, 2/14 for the Felco 12 as the head edges and slots of these have become burred / damaged, but they can only be obtained as combination sets with other parts that are undamaged and don't need, hence 4 stars.”

“The four Felco 903's I ordered arrived safely. They came loose in polythene bags. As they are going to be Christmas presents it would have been nice to have received instructions with them and a Felco flyer, to make their use understood.”

“Felco secateurs are the best - no argument about that. It was easy to order, the price was very good and my order was processed quickly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the delivery. Because that courrier insists on someone being there and they delivered very early in the morning and everyone was asleep the first delivery was missed. I don't think it is unreasonable to allow a safe delivery place option as well.”

“My first order of Felco 8 secateurs was out of stock for a long time with little feedback, however after I queried the order an alternative in a gift pack was suggested and this arrived very promptly thankyou. The secateurs are excellent and just what my husband wanted.”
