“Felco secateurs are the best - no argument about that. It was easy to order, the price was very good and my order was processed quickly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the delivery. Because that courrier insists on someone being there and they delivered very early in the morning and everyone was asleep the first delivery was missed. I don't think it is unreasonable to allow a safe delivery place option as well.”

“My first order of Felco 8 secateurs was out of stock for a long time with little feedback, however after I queried the order an alternative in a gift pack was suggested and this arrived very promptly thankyou. The secateurs are excellent and just what my husband wanted.”

“My new Felco is much sharper than my old one though slightly too large for my hand. ( I did study your videos closely before deciding on the purchase). The main criticism is that the catch on the handle is too small and difficult to clip.”

“Prompt delivery and a reasonable price. However, the item was wrapped in a *lot* of black clingfilm for posting (no transit damage to the item), but it is very difficult to open without damaging the item package, and not very good for the environment either! A simple 'Jiffy' bag would have been better - at least that is re-usable...”

“My order for a Felco 903 diamond sharpener arrived promptly - as advised. The absence of the illustrated instruction card for using it is the only, but important, criticism. Fortunately, I was able to download this from the web.”

“This review would have been 5 stars if only the packaging had been with recycleable materials, it was plastic bubble wrap and black plastic. Apart from that the service was excellent. I was told when the secateurs would arrive. I have used them straight away and they are ideal. I also appreciate the video link on how to sharpen the blades and the fact that the parts are re-placeable.”

“The Felco 2 is an excellent product; I have used it for many years; on this accasion I also purchased a 905 sharpener, however I do not know how to use it correctly, and there are no instructions for this on the Felco website.”

“Promotion pack came within two days - very pleased Loopers I order were in stock at the time, however now I am told they are out of stock. Disappointing, but I know they are worth waiting for”
