“Great products let down by delivery. Out of stock items had to be chased and a partial delivery suggested as it was a gift. Customer service should be more forthcoming.”

“The site was easy to navigate and I coud compare the different types of secateurs available. I also watched a couple of the short videos to help me decide which style to purchase. Very pleased with my Felco #2 secateurs. Immediately pruned some rose branches that were in the way. The cut was crisp and clean. Looking forward to getting to work once the weather clears a bit more.”
