“The replacement blade and spring came quite quickly and then I didn't have too much trouble fitting them. I now have my pruning shears looking almost new with a razor sharp blade. First class service indeed. I am 93 years old so I guess these will be the last pair of pruners that I need”

“Straight forward ordering process and all products ordered came quickly with no issue. Only concern was box arrived quite damaged so potential for products to be damaged. This is more likely due to the lack of care by the courier so a suggestion that a different courier is used”

“I don't pretend to understand how or why it works, but it does, and it made a lovely job of a pair of Felco secateurs I have had for many years. All the grime just seems to melt away. It did take a bit of patience but well worth the effort. The Camellia oil is so much better than WD40 that I have used to lubricate the secateurs for a long time. I could do a better job by taking them apart and cleaning them, but even without doing that, the result is amazing. Would definitely recommend.”

“Experienced but ageing gardeners and we hav3e issues with trimming bushes trees and plants. The secauturs we purchased are excellent. Do not require too much pressure which makes kife so much easier for us. Tha nk you”

“I am a long term fan of Felco's products, however, on this occasion the 5* is because my mum wanted to buy some for me, not realising I was well-equipped! As she'd put my address on the order I was able to request cancellation, which was done with courtesy. Thank you for the good customer service. Felco 8's? Brilliant. Less wrist strain on long pruning days, durable, parts replaceable.”
