“I bought spare parts for a set of Felco secateurs. This was for my son who works professionally in the wine industry, maintaining vineyards in the UK. He has had his secateurs for over 10 years and they have lasted well. He would not use any other brand. The website made finding and ordering the spare parts very easy and my order arrived within 3 days. While on the website I decided to order a new pair of secateurs and a cleaning kit. I used the cleaning products as soon as they arrived on an old set of secateurs and they now look like brand new. I am very happy with my purchase and would but from Felco again.”

“Secateurs had efficient cutting mechanism but very, very stiff to open, close and lock. It took quite a while, considerable patience and a lot of 3 in One oil to loosen them up and the 'holding' tab it still very stiff. Not a problem I have had before.”

“I ordered the Felco model 7 professional secateurs and about 3 to 4 days after receiving them the thumb catch fell off whilst I was using them and got lost meaning that I could no longer close the secateurs when not in use. I contacted Felco straight away and was told they would replace the thumb catch on this occasion but in future I would need to check the thumb catch before using my secateurs. Two months later I finally received the replacement parts. This is pretty disappointing customer service for a very expensive pair of secateurs which to be honest I would have expected to stay intact for longer than a couple of days. The secateurs themselves are sharp but the quality of the thumb catch and the customer service extremely poor. I expected a lot better.”

“Excellent customer service. Order despatched quickly and delivered on time. The price of my Felco 2, was very competitive and coupled with a 910 leather holster in a package deal the pair were⁷ good value. The Felco 2 are silky smooth in use, and razor sharp. Don't test the blade using fingers!”
