“The spring from my Felco secateurs had disappeared. The secateurs were in need of TLC. I eventually remembered that I bought these special secateurs because the manufacturer supplied spare parts. I looked online and found a Felco unit was available in the UK. I ordered the pack of 2 new springs which were pleasingly cheap, and they arrived in the allotted time. I have since given them a good clean and oil. They are now as good as new.”
