“I needed guidance as to size of replacement spring for a very old pair of secatures. I could not find any reference to the type I had so asked Felco. They too seemed unaware of the old type but they had me send photos and worked out what to buy to sort my problem. They could not have been more helpful and did so swiftly and with obvious desire the assist. Service that matches the quality of their product.”

“arrived quickly. Tried this model for the first time, slightly different to the others I have owned with the blade angle. On making a cut the blades are sticking shut and not opening back up which is annoying, disappointing and surprising, perhaps they will loosen with use. I hope so or they're going back.”

“I love my Felco secateurs. They give years of good service and the company offer parts and repairs. Unfortunately they don't add a tracker for when you lose them in the garden!!”

“Excellent product, fast delivery, unacceptable packaging - lots and lots of plastic - very disappointing.”

“Well made, sturdy, easily sharpened and reaily available spares. With good discount whats not to like. Profesionals prefered choice so that speaks for itself. I have the cheaper model 5 secateurs which are as good 20 years on as when I bought them, and have now upgraded to Model 8 Classic Secateurs. I shall be passing the old ones to my grandson. Both work very well, but I was tempted by the discount, I shall look forward to many years of fine secateurs.”

“You only have to use the secateurs to understand how good they are. The difference lies in their ability to damp the harsh feel of the cut. They were delivered promptly.”

“We are very impressed with the quality and after sales provided by Felco. We have been using felco garden tools for many years now. Our most recent purchase of snips and sharpener tool is for a very dear friend as a special thank you Christmas present. We are sure they will be as impressed as we are. Thank you Felco team.”

“Value for money and a superior gardening tool by far. Safety catch feature and the sharpening tool will easily prolong the life of the secateurs. Easily identified by its red colour when in use and perhaps mislaid. Other secateurs may lack precision and not last so long. I've used Felco for 50 years and had great success with ramblers and climbing roses accurately and cleanly pruned, and welcome the opportunity to have a sale price for encouragement to now own a total of 7 pairs. In use they feel like painting a work of art, enabling a skilled performance and outcome. My thanks to you all at Felco.”
