“Good customer service, responded promptly to clarify my confusion over whether a model with an anvil blade is an anvil action (it turns out it has an anvil blade but bypass action which is what I was after). Also gave details on the returns policy, which I won't need to use because they helped me select the right model.”

“Loved the saw and sharpening tool. Have used both with excellent results. Service and speed of arrival if parcel also excellent. I expected nothing less from Felco. Quality is the norm. I lost a pair of secateurs in the garden for a year. Rusted of course but a soak in WD 40 and a light sanding and sharpening got them back to use. Unfortunately bought another pair!”
