“I bought a pair of replacement springs for my Felco No.7 secateurs, having lost the original in a fight with a Blackthorn. I found the replacement part on World of Feco at a very reasonable price (far cheaper than replacing the secateurs) and with free delivery. They arrived within a day or two of ordering - very impressed.”

“Great source of a wide range of quality products. I have used Felco product professionally for 40 years and recognise there products as the best. Needed a tool to carry out maintenance on my secateurs as I misplaced my original. Ordered online and with me in a matter of days. Highly recommended.”

“I watched the video for Felco lightweight pruning snips. The lady said they were good if you have arthritis. So I bought a pair each for myself and my mum.”

“I originally bought Model 2 Original secateurs for my daughter, but had to return them as they were the wrong size for her hand. It was quick and easy to get a refund. I then ordered Model 6 compact secateurs which she is delighted with. They are a much better fit.”

“*you sent a part I didn't order - very kind, but useless, as made for right hand secateurs and mine are all left! The part I did order - Felco Adjustment Key - was pretty damned useless! It just wouldn't fit at all around the bolts that needed tightening! All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience!”

Hi Marie, I can see that you ordered and paid for an Adjustment Key and a set of replacement springs. Can you tell me what part you have received that you did not order? Best to email anyone@worldoffelco.co.uk to resolve issues. Regards, Wendy
