“The website is very well organised and it was easy to find the product I was looking for. My delivery came very quickly and was well packaged. I have bought Felco No 2 secateurs several times in the past but usually from garden centres but I have found that few of my local retailers sell Felco products now. Being able to buy direct from Felco is a great advantage.”

“I have used Felco products since 1981, when I was a horticultural student. Have found them the best quality of secateurs and hand saws you can buy. I needed some spare parts for my collection of tools, so used world of Felco to supply them. Service was good and reasonable quick, at a fair price for genuine parts. Will certainly use the company again for replacements, when needed”

“Bought my first pair of Felco about 3 years ago for my wife. She did not get on with themat first so I used them.this past few months she keeps asking to use my secatures, so to make life easier I have just bought a second pair and now we are both very happy.”

“I have had my Felco 9 for more than 30 years The blade became blunted and bought a "copy" . The blade became blunted in 1 year , so purchased a new blade from you which has restored the secateurs to their former glory . cheaper lookalike copies are not worth it . Best secatuers in the world ! Thank you . Regards Richard”

“I love the products, and the service was excellent. Only thing I'd like to be different is avoiding lots of bubblewrap - could you find a more environmentally-friendly way to package the items perahps? I hope you don't mind the feedback - I'm absolutely delighted with the secateurs. Thank you”
