“The purchase has only had limited use so far, however the service received from World of Felco was good. Ordering was easy. My email enquiry was answered by Niall within a couple of days, who suggested I phone to discuss - upon doing this, Niall answered my question so that I could make an informed choice of which product to use. The only thing I would like to suggest would be to give information regarding the type blades (i.e. curved versus non-curved) on the website.”

“Order arrived quickly and secateurs/gloves were a good price. The one disappointing thing was that there was no gift option (ie. hide the price from the invoice/add a gift message.) However when I emailed WoF to ask if I had missed ticking the box, the responded very quickly (and said they didn’t offer a gift option). So all in all good service”
