“Service very good but snips have a lot of play between blades ie joint not good enough. Lee perhaps you could tell me what you can do to help me . I have used Felco secateurs professionally for in excess of 50 years and this is the first time that I am less than happy. I look forward to hearing from you Lee with your response.
