I found the online form frustrating to fill in. Some of the fields need to be clearer in the information they ask for or need to be separated for clarity. For instance sending to a funeral directors it requests a recipients name,is this the contact person of the directors or the deceased person? Also after giving the address of the funeral home it asks for a contact number again its unclear who's number that's required. Phoned both 0800 number and local florist number to ask advice but received no reply from either! An automated message would have been nice rather than the phone just continually ringing out.

I am torn between wanting to thank you for previously 100% satisfaction, five stars and being really disappointed in the last delivery one star. I have used your services for many years and have never had to complain. On the contrary, there have been only compliments about the freshness, beauty and longevity of your flowers. However, for Mother's Day (22/3/20) the flowers for my 92yr old stepmother, Carin, went astray and while she received flowers, they were not what I paid for and the message was not mine. My sister investigated and found that my card and flowers went to a lady in Brechin, and Carin in Aberdeen received hers. Given her age, Carin is confused, and struggles to believe that I sent her flowers. This is really sad for me. The Antique vase was to my sister. I am talking about the other order I placed at the same time. I'd appreciate a call, never mind the box of chocolates.

I feel the delivery time was great but the appearance of the flowers wasn’t what I expected as I didn’t get exactly what I ordered as the there were flowers missing in the bouquet, also I had ordered a mother’s day balloon but when it arrived it was a plain pink balloon with nothing on it, so I was disappointed with my order as I spent a lot of money to get something I didn’t order.

The flowers delivered were not the ones I ordered and I received no notification that this would be the case. However, my daughter was happy enough with the order so I let it go. Sheila Teadley

I was a little disappointed this time. I felt that some of the flowers were past their best and the red rose buds were drooping in a couple of days and dead within 4 days. My wife seemed very pleased which was the saving grace but she may have been just saying that.

Flowers were left at back door on a bitterly cold day no neighbours asked to take them on not the best practice when flowers are not protected!

Disappointed with the roses, they wilted after a few days. My wife always 'treated' roses by placing stems in boiled water for 10 secs - then into cold water. This prevented the heads drooping. The remainder of the display was fine.

Can’t say that flowers were worth £50 only 6 roses and greenery. Had better value in the past

The employee that took my order was very helpful and polite. I placed two orders that were to be delivered on December 23rd. I received a notification for the first order & got an email from the family member of how lovely it is. The second order I haven’t received any delivery emails.

CAN NOT RATE AS FLOWERS HAVE’NT BEEN DELIVERED YET THOUGH DID HAVE SOME PROBLEMS LAST YEAR

The flowers that order the standard was the mellow meringue hand tied was not the same photo that was sent to the person as you see from the photo below the first one is the one it was sent the second one is the photo on your site not the same ones

I have used them repeatedly and deliver service and flowers have always been good. The web site, on the other hand, sucks. No address book for repeated orders, you can find choices by "birthday", "funeral", etc, but can't see all the choices or choose by other ways. Like "red" or "roses". So once your get past the web site, everything is good.

I had a lot of problems this time with my email address and password. Never had this problem before and have used the site many times. It would not recognise my email as I don’t have a name in the address? I nearly gave up, after an hour and a half. Also please don’t offer a live chat when there is no one there to chat!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Tuesday 8th of October, however I'm still waiting on confirmation that the flowers have been delivered, which is quite disappointing, as we paid alot of money for the flowers and delivery. So im still not entirely sure if the person has received them or not.

To say I was disappointed was an understatement, To pay £37 (twice) to find a very small dish with a few flowers in it. These flowers were for family and they looked paltry. They had received bouquets of flowers from neighbours which were beautiful. At Williamson’s, although I asked for a bouquet I was not given this choice.
