I ordered a bouquet and chocolates. Only my flowers were delivered on the agreed date, the chocolates were missing. Most of the flowers were of good quality however the roses were already wilting and some petals browning. U had to remove these before giving them as a gift on Mother’s Day. I called to query the missing chocolates and although the lady on the phone was lovely she advised the chocolates had been missed and they would come back out. I did not receive the Chocolates until later the next day by which time I had visited my mum for Mother’s Day!

I find the website difficult to use on a smartphone, logging in is difficult but you can't check out as a guest if you have previously ordered unless you use a different email address. I was obliged to put a phone number in the recipients information and in my own so expected to get a text or email advising delivery had been made but didn't get either so why is a phone number required?

I assume that the flowers were nice - but didn't see them at the crematorium, as they were put in a side room there, rather than with the coffin of my relative. My husband asked the funeral staff if they knew where they were, & they found them (this was at the end of the service). My husband tells me that the outside of the envelope did not have her surname on it, which may be why the staff did not know who the flowers were for. After ordering the flowers online, I also phoned the store to ensure that they had all the correct details. Perhaps, if the outside of the envelope had her full name on it, that funeral staff might have had the flowers out at the front, with her coffin, during the service?

I was hoping for more flowers for £40. A little disappointed.

Really disappointed to be charged £8 delivery charge for flowers to be delivered literally around the corner from the florist. Also £40 was the cheapest option so £48 total price. Flowers were nice but wouldn’t buy again at that price.

This was a birthday present and although the recipient was happy with the flowers, what was delivered did not match the picture presented when choosing said flowers. A lot of greenery with less flowers than expected - disappointed to say the least given the price.

The flower selection was nice however there was only about 7 proper flowers and the rest was green filling material. Sadly the bouquet was much smaller than the image on the website suggested.

Nice flower mix but stems and leaves looked frost damaged or spotty

Flowers ordered days before delivery. It was for a very special occasion however the flowers didn’t arrive until after 6pm . I appreciate it was a standard delivery at a shocking £9 but when I attempted to contact you after 4pm on the day of delivery, I listened to an automated message saying the lines were either engaged or the shops were shut.I was thereafter redirected to contacting you via email. The reason for my worry at a potential failed delivery was that I had received an email requesting a review when the delivery hadn’t even been received. The flowers were delivered and were lovely, however I had specifically requested no lillies and there was some kind of lily in the delivery. My mother , the recipient of the flowers, for her 70th birthday is currently undergoing treatment for cancer and her generation association lilys with death and funerals, so I’m not really happy with flowers resembling lilys or in fact some kind of lily in the bouquet.

While the flowers were pretty I was a bit disappointed. The £40 bouquet was relatively small. Also £9 delivery to a house 2 miles from the shop.

I was a bit disappointed when I saw the flowers I had ordered. For £50 all I got was a bunch of large daises. I thought that there would have at least been a few roses. I also requested a hand held bunch of flowers but they arrived in a small box. I was also under the impression that I was calling the St Johns Road shop for delivery to Carrick Knowe which is quite nearby. I now understand that the shop is closed and that the flowers were ordered from a West Lothian garden centre. Hence the high £9 delivery charge for what I thought was a local delivery. I was also told when I placed the order that I would get an email confirming delivery. This did not happen. All told I was disappointed with the flowers.

They lost the personal card I signed.

The admin of the ordering was very good. However the flowers were badly dried out compared with four other arrangements at the funeral. We were disappointed.

The online, telephone ordering and delivery reporting procedures were excellent. However I have to admit being somewhat disappointed with the quality of the 3ft Pink Rose and Carnation Casket Spray. The density of colour came over as quite sparse, and the overall impression was one of dry 'tiredness', rather than dewy freshness!

The flowers are lovely and are lasting very well. It would have been nice if they had delivered them to the correct address so the elderly intended recipients did not have to walk to a neighbour's to collect them. Delivered to Avenue when it should have been Place, closeby and confusing but close attention should have been paid to getting them to the correct home.

Unfortunately there was a mix up and the flowers I’d ordered for a funeral were delivered a day late. All sorted after a phone call and refund given. Couldn’t fault the flowers they were lovely. Service was good too … mix ups unfortunately happen.
