The flowers that order the standard was the mellow meringue hand tied was not the same photo that was sent to the person as you see from the photo below the first one is the one it was sent the second one is the photo on your site not the same ones

I have used them repeatedly and deliver service and flowers have always been good. The web site, on the other hand, sucks. No address book for repeated orders, you can find choices by "birthday", "funeral", etc, but can't see all the choices or choose by other ways. Like "red" or "roses". So once your get past the web site, everything is good.

Although the quality of the flowers were good. I felt for the price paid not very many flowers in arrangement.

I had a lot of problems this time with my email address and password. Never had this problem before and have used the site many times. It would not recognise my email as I don’t have a name in the address? I nearly gave up, after an hour and a half. Also please don’t offer a live chat when there is no one there to chat!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Tuesday 8th of October, however I'm still waiting on confirmation that the flowers have been delivered, which is quite disappointing, as we paid alot of money for the flowers and delivery. So im still not entirely sure if the person has received them or not.

To say I was disappointed was an understatement, To pay £37 (twice) to find a very small dish with a few flowers in it. These flowers were for family and they looked paltry. They had received bouquets of flowers from neighbours which were beautiful. At Williamson’s, although I asked for a bouquet I was not given this choice.

Flowers were not delivered on the day requested but this was due to it being a Bank Holiday. There was also an issue with delivery at the destination address (RIE). When I phoned the shop an explanation was given. .

I recently sent some flowers total price of £50 with delivery to some friends in Scotland in advance of me arriving today. Oh how sad when I saw them. It’s been 2 days since they have arrived. The blue flowers have dropped and the other flowers do not look that fresh. I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed in flowers for the cost. Over priced should have went to Marks would have got twice amount for the money.

Have used Williamson’s on many occasions and both the products and service have been second to none , but have been disappointed with the last 2 orders I have placed previous order was missing the chocolates and the order I placed this week was to say the least not what I expected , the item that was delivered was poor compared to the actual picture on the website , made worse by the fact I ordered based on I was looking for something different as a wedding anniversary present for my wife ,

I ordered a funeral wreath. It cost £90 delivered,quite a lot I think.Gave the postcode for delivery,wasn't asked for any further information,when I got email confirmation the flowers were being sent to the wrong church. I had to phone to amend this. The message on the flowers was not word for word what I asked for,also my address was wrong on order,again only asked for postcode which is not enough to properly identify an address. On the delivery day I called the delivery driver to confirm the flowers were going to the correct place which they were. On the plus side the flowers were beautiful.

Flowers were left on doorstep for 6 hrs before my daughter in-laws got home from work. I asked when I placed order they don’t be delivered before 6pm.

The flowers were really lovely, but the delivery service was disappointing. I got a message to say that the delivery had been safely made.....by leaving it on the doorstep! It was a main road, so anyone passing could have taken the bouquet! As the order process forced me to enter the recepient's phone number, I would have expected this to have been used. The recepient was at home, but just hadn't heard the bell. At least the text I received gave me the chance to retrieve the situation.
