I am waiting for the Manager to respond to my comments about Ref 88539 ordered on 8th or 9/10/2025,to be delivered not later than 11th October to Elie, Fife, Scotland. I asked for bouquet to have added some Autumnal grasses and Oats ,neither were done . As a Company if you can't fulfill your Online Brief ,you should in the future just choose items for you Online photos that keep very close to your online Photos. I was bitterly disappointed by so many different items , and would have thought Autumnal Grasses. Would be with the Florist, I accept Oats were too much of an ask, though so Autumnal, and there was a emotional reason for their choice, dried Grasses should have been simple. I was also charged the full amount , for my extra requests , and NONE were provided. Many replacements of flowers were in bouquet . The original online £65 bouquet was perfect , you strayed from it hugely ,and overpriced my bouquet. I would appreciate a financial refund to the £65 cost. Yours sincerely , Anya Williams

Collected flowers on Monday 1st September at 12 and by Tuesday 2nd September 12 all nine blue hydrangeas limp and dying. Very disappointed. Flowers had been stored in cool storage too. Would use again

Very disappointed. I collected my wedding corsage at midday. By the time we were having the meal it was wilted and I had to take it off

Bought flowers quite a few times from Williamson’s. Normally really good quality. However the flowers that I just recently purchased, didn’t even last a week. Pretty disappointing considering I paid £80 for them.

Unfortunately some of the flowers were squashed in the box, on pick up and were starting to brown around the edges! And I think the description of the Diamond Cut Wire bracelet is very deceiving! It was quite awkward and didn’t really stay on my wrist unless I tightened the wire into my wrist!

I ordered flowers for my cousins funeral in Stockton yesterday . The flowers were wilted and looked half dead. I am very disappointed and embarrassed at sending such a poor floral tribute. I will not use this service again.

Paid £45 for a very small bouquet of flowers.. not worth the money for the money at all very disappointing.. they did not look anything like picture 😔😔😔😔

Iv been ordering from yourselves for a long time. I feel disappointed with my latest order which was for my wife for Valentine’s Day . One of the roses had no stem on it . It had been pieced in with the other roses . Pretty poor for the price I payed for the dozen roses. Not good. My wife emailed and complained when she spotted the obvious rose and told to put the damaged ones on the doorstep and they will be swapped over for another bunch . No apology given just a straight swap . I won’t be using this service again if this is how you treat your customers.

I had requested a small spray to be delivered for a funeral. It cost me £35 plus £8 delivery a total of £43. I had no quibble about the delivery arrangements being met but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the flowers. There were 5 yellow roses which didn’t strike me as particularly healthy plus a few limp stems of grass. I’m have given 2 stars only because I had no problem with the delivery instructions being followed but quality of flowers were unacceptable and bore little resemblance to the picture in your catalogue.

Having paid £70 (delivery and were card extra), I expected something quite special. I was quite disappointed by the number of flowers in the bouquet and also the quality of some. I could have 2 bunches from a supermarket, paid less than half and had better quality.

Your request for a review came before the flowers arrived. I had asked for a morning delivery as it was the day of our Golden Wedding anniversary. Disappointed with the flowers as they were not as colourful as I had hoped and I considered them poor value.

Flower bouquet looked much bigger online. The delivered flowers were sadly small and mediocre. They use all the cheap flowers. Nothing stood out.

I bought 2 funeral flowers, disappointingly they started wilting on day 2 which was very sad indeed. My husband who passed away loved his garden and flowers, especially Lillies. Despite keeping them in cool room and watering it was heartbreaking to see them wilt so quickly

I am a great fan of Williamson’s but was sadly disappointed that the flowers we sent to relatives in Edinburgh looked nothing like the elegant table decoration ordered. (I have sent one before so am very familiar with the look …I have sent a mail to your Happy Christmas type email. ) Think you should look into this as I think the flowers were also delivered early in the morning a day late. The actual size of the £50 (+ £6 delivery) flower arrangement was very disappointing…nothing like the photographs on the website. Delivery was made on the correct day. However, the delivery email said that they were left in the delivery box at our front door. We have no delivery box!!!! On speaking to the delivery person i managed to find them at another house in our street. Probably won’t use this service again.
