“I ordered flowers over the phone and found the representative very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for them to be delivered next day and my request was fulfilled. I was given a price range and decided on a £60 box. The florist emailed me a photo of the flowers and I was delighted with the quantity and quality. The recipient was also delighted. I was kept up to speed with the tracking app and knew exactly when the flowers arrived. I cannot fault this service or the process of ordering. Much better than using a central booking service.”

“Recently ordered 250 roses for an event, the customer service was fantastic throughout. Andrew was extremely helpful, answered all our queries. We were kept informed at each stage of the delivery process. Everything from the initial enquiry, to payment, to delivery was flawless. Very impressed with the presentation and quality of the flowers too.”

“I’ve just seen the flowers I sent to my daughter wishing her good luck with her exam. I am truly disappointed with the flowers delivered for almost £80. I ordered her flowers last year for exam good luck through inter flora and the same florest sent a better fuller bouquet. What was delivered looked like something less than half the price. Because it was for exam good luck and how much last years flowers looked, I came direct to the florist to order.”

“I am delighted with the lovely spring posy that I collected this week. Prior to ordering I spoke to a staff member by phone who helped to explain the flower designs giving me really helpful information which in turn allowed me to make my final choice. I always use Williamson’s and I like not only the gorgeous fresh flower arrangements which last a long time but also the helpful attention and service given.”

“I have always been very happy with the flowers and service I receive from Williamson's when I need to send an appropriate message to a friend or family member. But they earned my gratitude in spades recently when they were able to, at the very last minute, on Valentine's Day provide and deliver a bouquet of red roses.”

“I used this service for a Valentine type bouquet for my mum , ordered late on the 13th , delivery to Perth, confirmed immediately, then regular email updates with delivery schedule etc , I was sent a tracking email which enabled me to be on FaceTime with her when they were delivered, driver sounded very professional and friendly, flowers were beautiful, seem to be lasting well !”
