“As well as providing the most wonderful bouquets - which can also be delivered - Paula and her team in Broughty Ferry also provide the most amazingly friendly and welcoming personal service. No where else in the local area am I greeted so happily and so personally - sometimes I go in just to say hello and share a happy greeting and a joke or two. Great team, wonderful flowers, thank you, Debbie Xxx”

“I ordered a deluxe sized bouquet of the company's Autumn inspired flowers for a sympathy arrangement. The flowers sent were the complete opposite - bright, vibrant and completely different flowers. Spoke to a senior manager who offered to replace if the customer was not happy with them. I had to explain that it would not be appropriate to contact them and ask for their feedback on thw flowers, given they had just suffered a bereavement. No further resolution was offered. Disappointing for a large, established business.”

“Collected flowers on Monday 1st September at 12 and by Tuesday 2nd September 12 all nine blue hydrangeas limp and dying. Very disappointed. Flowers had been stored in cool storage too. Would use again”

“Last minute button hole and corsage ordered. Broughty ferry florists were so helpful. Filled out order online ,no hassle at all. Order was brilliant especially the corsage, florists added a little extra sparkle ✨️ which went down very well as it was a surprise. Highly recommend and definitely worth popping in to store for anyone local if you have any questions.”

“We ordered flowers from Canada for my uncles funeral. Ordering was easy, the florist suggested a beautiful white and red wreath and offered to put in a Canada flag emblem along with our card. Thank you! We saw a photo of it and it was a job well done!”
