“I had to send an order via Williamson after another florist delivered my gift to say thank you to a friend if mine delivered the flowers a day after her birthday Williamson delivered on time WELL DONE AND THANK YOU”

“Ordered the flowers the day before. I was sent a photo of the arrangement after it was made, tracking and delivery information along with a photo of the arrangement being delivered. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was delighted. The company provided an excellent service.”

“Very courteous and helpful individual at central administration helped me order sypathy flowers after a friend in the north of Scotland lost her husband. Provided a perfect service and delivered the flowers as promised . Very happy with the service and assistance provided. Will definitely use Williamson's again if I want to send flowers.”

“Beautiful flowers and arrived very quickly. However bit disappointed as I suggested tulips which are very colourful but left it to florist to select flowers . An all white display was sent . Lesson learned to ask for what I want . They were lovely though.”

“When making the original order in store we were very disappointed with the service. The older lady was unsure of the system and the young man who came to help her was rude and dismissive of us ! We were very specific about what we wanted and spent sometime getting it as we wanted it but we were disappointed in the results.”
