“Used Williamson’s over a number of years. Latest delivery was very disappointing more so since it was wife’s 50th and she received numerous displays from elsewhere. Value for money for flowers+delivery was very poor and won’t be using them again now. The display was the poorest of all received.”

“Everyone helpful...place to go for flowers! However, after I sent this I’ve just had comments from Karen and not good I’m afraid. A lot of the flowers wilting and dead. Never had this before with your firm. Thoughts? Got pictures.”

“The telephone service was excellent. Delivery for the funeral service was on time but I was previously advised that I would receive a message when they were en route and when they were delivered. Did not receive either”

“The flowers were amazing, and my daughter really liked the card. Sad just that there was no finesse on the greeting. Just printed out, my cute emojis only became question marks. I kindly asked the courier to call my daughter before delivery, which was not done. However, the flowers certainly arrived and my daughter was happy. Kind regards / Stefan Sjoegren”

“I was disappointed at the amount of flowers for my money. It didn't look very big. My friend reassured me they were fresh esp the roses. They arrived very quickly which I was shocked at but a good thing.”

“Unfortunately the flowers arrived without the balloon I had ordered and paid for. The bouquet was coloured rather than neutral, which is what I ordered. Overall great delivery service as it arrived early Mother’s Day but disappointed with what was delivered.”

“I had difficulty with the website, and finally had to telephone. Placing the order by phone was very straightforward, and I was told the website would be changing soon. Flowers were delivered on time and appreciated.”

“Ordered vibrant casket spray for Mums funeral. Specified very clearly that we wanted as bright as possible to reflect Mums love of flowers. What we got was mainly yellow and lemon with a few pink gerberas. Desperately disappointed when we saw them. Just another pain to add to what we were already experiencing. Fully accept that you can't reproduce photos, depends on what's available etc but what we got was not vibrant. If it really wasn't possible couldn't a quick phone call have been made to explain. You have no idea the hurt you caused when I saw these flowers which were not 'Mum' at all.”

“I was fairly disappointed when I saw the photo of what was received as I think it was not great for the £50 spent. I think I would have got better elsewhere. I chose “bright “ only 3 choices and as you can see more like pastel. Would have expected more blooms and a better variety as in the website picture. The recipient was pleased so that’s the main thing but I think I will try elsewhere next time.”

“Orderd online and it was delivered on the day it was paid for. Delivery price of £6 is a bit much as the delivery was less than half a mile from the shop. Old dear said the flowers are nice but doesn't know how much they Cost. So 3 stars. You did what you were paid to do. Nothing personal and no wow factor. You pay for flowers and get them. Simple.”
