While the flowers were pretty I was a bit disappointed. The £40 bouquet was relatively small. Also £9 delivery to a house 2 miles from the shop.

I was a bit disappointed when I saw the flowers I had ordered. For £50 all I got was a bunch of large daises. I thought that there would have at least been a few roses. I also requested a hand held bunch of flowers but they arrived in a small box. I was also under the impression that I was calling the St Johns Road shop for delivery to Carrick Knowe which is quite nearby. I now understand that the shop is closed and that the flowers were ordered from a West Lothian garden centre. Hence the high £9 delivery charge for what I thought was a local delivery. I was also told when I placed the order that I would get an email confirming delivery. This did not happen. All told I was disappointed with the flowers.

The admin of the ordering was very good. However the flowers were badly dried out compared with four other arrangements at the funeral. We were disappointed.

The online, telephone ordering and delivery reporting procedures were excellent. However I have to admit being somewhat disappointed with the quality of the 3ft Pink Rose and Carnation Casket Spray. The density of colour came over as quite sparse, and the overall impression was one of dry 'tiredness', rather than dewy freshness!

The flowers are lovely and are lasting very well. It would have been nice if they had delivered them to the correct address so the elderly intended recipients did not have to walk to a neighbour's to collect them. Delivered to Avenue when it should have been Place, closeby and confusing but close attention should have been paid to getting them to the correct home.

Unfortunately there was a mix up and the flowers I’d ordered for a funeral were delivered a day late. All sorted after a phone call and refund given. Couldn’t fault the flowers they were lovely. Service was good too … mix ups unfortunately happen.

The flowers were great. I accidentally ordered two boxes of chocolate but I was ok with that. I was charged for two boxes but only got one box. I am still waiting on my second box of chocolate.

To be fair, although the bouquet in itself was lovely, for £60 I was not expecting carnations and chrysanthemums to be used in the display, as I feel these are lower end flowers and always make me think of a "garage" puchase. The colours were lovely and the lady who received them appreciated them. But I asked for something modern and bright for a bright and bubbly 50 year old, and felt most disappointed in what was provided.

The flowers are lovely. And the delivery is prompt but I am fed up of these emails about free chocolates. I have been buying flowers from Williamsons for the past 6 months and have not ever received the promo code.

phoned my friend who received the flowers and she said they were lying on the step and they did not hear the doorbell they were going out so lucky they were seen otherwise it would have been the next day they were found

Disappointed with this order - despite being very pleased with all previous orders. Poor number of blooms -and lilies far behind rest - still waiting to bloom, and some probably won't.

Used Williamson’s over a number of years. Latest delivery was very disappointing more so since it was wife’s 50th and she received numerous displays from elsewhere. Value for money for flowers+delivery was very poor and won’t be using them again now. The display was the poorest of all received.

Everyone helpful...place to go for flowers! However, after I sent this I’ve just had comments from Karen and not good I’m afraid. A lot of the flowers wilting and dead. Never had this before with your firm. Thoughts? Got pictures.

Disappointed with the flowers, I ordered vibrant colours and the arrangement was more pastel colours which my partially sighted mother cannot see clearly.

The telephone service was excellent. Delivery for the funeral service was on time but I was previously advised that I would receive a message when they were en route and when they were delivered. Did not receive either
