“Beautiful bouquet but I ordered all white and got spring mix instead.”

“My friend and family ( who the flowers were for) said the christmas bouquet and vase were absolutely beautiful. My friends in her 90 s so every christmas is a blessing as are the flowers she receives. So thankyou for that. Much appreciated.”

“I can't criticise the quality of the product. The wreath was well made and very attractive. However, I specified on the phone that the wreath was for the cemetery and I would prefer it not to have the cinnamon on it. The order confirmation stated I had requested this. I was disappointed when I turned up to collect it to find the cinnamon on it. It was rectified quickly but it did mean I had to wait on what was quite an emotional occasion.”

“Very pleasant and helpful assistant, who dealt with my order well. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars : my name is Christine, not Christien, and in the message to the recipient, the word Christmas is spelt wrongly too. Otherwise, an excellent service. I cannot answer the questions below, as the delivery is not due until the 22nd of December.”

“The quality of service provided by counter staff was excellent and helped me to readily find a wreath of my choice from the available selection - and also to arrange a time for me to pick up the wreath which totally suited me - and when I picked up the wreath later that day the quality of the wreath was of the highest standard!! Accordingly the single factor which has caused me to rate my overall experience as 4* instead of 5* is that I was a bit stunned with the price of £175, and which I had expected to be about half of this amount - however I will still use Williamson's for my next wreath purchase!! Graham Aitken”

“I was impressed by your tracking system particularly the shot of the completed bouquet before it was delivered. The assistant who helped us make the selection of flowers was also helpful making suggestions. My only concern was the shot of the flowers left on the front doorstep of our friend’s house a visible from the street as I was concerned they might be stolen. The tear of the house is accessible. Fortunately the flowers were collected without a problem. Thank you.”

“Our flowers arrived on time and were fresh and beautiful, however, was surprised by the difference in size between the standard and the deluxe. The standard is dainty but not impressive-this was for a Sympathy arrangement from our family.”
