Flowers ordered days before delivery. It was for a very special occasion however the flowers didn’t arrive until after 6pm . I appreciate it was a standard delivery at a shocking £9 but when I attempted to contact you after 4pm on the day of delivery, I listened to an automated message saying the lines were either engaged or the shops were shut.I was thereafter redirected to contacting you via email. The reason for my worry at a potential failed delivery was that I had received an email requesting a review when the delivery hadn’t even been received. The flowers were delivered and were lovely, however I had specifically requested no lillies and there was some kind of lily in the delivery. My mother , the recipient of the flowers, for her 70th birthday is currently undergoing treatment for cancer and her generation association lilys with death and funerals, so I’m not really happy with flowers resembling lilys or in fact some kind of lily in the bouquet.

While the flowers were pretty I was a bit disappointed. The £40 bouquet was relatively small. Also £9 delivery to a house 2 miles from the shop.

Flowers beautiful . Delivered on time . On the website you are advised the message should be 8 lines and 20 characters per Line ; quite hard to achieve . I expected message to be typed not handwritten .

Ordering from the other side of the world is always difficult but my Mother's Day flowers were delivered punctually and ready to display. I was sent a photo of them and they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Williamson's!

I was a bit disappointed when I saw the flowers I had ordered. For £50 all I got was a bunch of large daises. I thought that there would have at least been a few roses. I also requested a hand held bunch of flowers but they arrived in a small box. I was also under the impression that I was calling the St Johns Road shop for delivery to Carrick Knowe which is quite nearby. I now understand that the shop is closed and that the flowers were ordered from a West Lothian garden centre. Hence the high £9 delivery charge for what I thought was a local delivery. I was also told when I placed the order that I would get an email confirming delivery. This did not happen. All told I was disappointed with the flowers.

I would like to thank Williamson's Florist for the wonderful work in delivering flowers for my twin sisters funeral today. I know it was a struggle with all the terrible snow and ice. My niece sent me a photo from the funeral home, see attached. They are beautiful. Thank you to Jim & Paula for keeping me updated on the order.

I ordered flowers at the last minute for our daughter who was getting married. Two lots , a bouquet from us and a basket from her Gran. We were going into lockdown later today but Williamsons still took the order and got the flowers with a card delivered that afternoon. Can't thank you enough, you were extremely helpful. Good delivery service but only came on Monday, more than half are already dying off. Not great quality for the price paid. Was supposed to be extra £10 worth of flowers as the vase I had ordered and paid for wasn’t in stock, doesn’t seem like there’s much if any extra in them at all

Very disappointing. Despite none of the arrangements pictured on the website being available due to Covid, I chose Williamson’s because they are local to my daughter and put my trust in the ‘Florist’s Choice‘, which was the only option available. I was hoping for something bright and cheerful, with mixed colours, but sadly the arrangement was a rather dull, lack lustre, pink and white. It compared very unfavourably with another arrangement delivered at the same time, by the same Williamson’s driver, but which had been ordered through Interflora. This was a lovely vibrant arrangement, that looked just like the ‘Beaming Brights Hat Box‘ pictured on the Williamson’s website, which was supposedly unavailable! What’s going on? Either they’re available or they aren’t. By the third day, despite having been topped up with water, the Florist’s Choice was looking wilted and petals were going brown round the edges. Supermarket flowers last longer and give far more blooms for the money. Won’t be using Williamson’s again.

I ordered (and paid extra for) flowers for Mothers Day, these should have been delivered on Mothers Day (AM) as I had paid for this to happen. Instead they were delivered the day prior in the afternoon. I sent you an email requesting you delete my account as I am sure there are many florists who can get the order right.

The delivery guy left the flowers on the doorstep then phoned to say they were there. Maybe he should have phoned first to ask if it was fine to leave them on the doorstep.
