I ordered a large flower spray for my partner's funeral in specific colours. When I went to pick them up , they had been done in completely the wrong colours which were clearly stated on the order form. I then had to wait ( in a yellow weather warning ) until a new spray was made in the correct colours which added hugely to my stress on the morning of his funeral. The assistant said she hadn't noticed the change of colours on the order form . I felt the new flower spray wasn't as full or as big as the original one because it was rushed. I was extremely disappointed with them but had to take them as I needed to get to the funeral. This was not a good experience.

I sent flowers recently to a housebound elderly lady and received very poor delivery service. The driver reported that the flowers had been handed to the recipient. Even sent me a false picture of the delivery. Complete dishonesty as he left them outside, not even at her door but another door in the building. Very poor service for £7.99 and no clear explanation from customer services when l phoned to complain. He said he would speak to the driver but when he phoned me back he still hadn’t spoken to the driver, just said he must have ticked the wrong box! Customer Services didn’t seem concerned at all. I would have been better delivering them myself. The whole pleasure of sending flowers is them getting straight to the recipient, especially a housebound one. Doesn’t make good business relations, won’t be using Williamsons again. Very disappointed.

I ordered a good friend of mine 12 yellow roses as a thank you from Williamsons Broxburn and they were delivered 8.10.25 to her work a day late. She sent a picture and they looked fantastic. My friend sent me a txt to say they were dead by Sunday...the heads all hanging over ...5 days later. I would like to at least had 7 days out of them. I've apologised to my friend. Not impressed. I ordered a deluxe sized bouquet of the company's Autumn inspired flowers for a sympathy arrangement. The flowers sent were the complete opposite - bright, vibrant and completely different flowers. Spoke to a senior manager who offered to replace if the customer was not happy with them. I had to explain that it would not be appropriate to contact them and ask for their feedback on thw flowers, given they had just suffered a bereavement. No further resolution was offered. Disappointing for a large, established business.

Very Disappointed. The Flowers that arrived did not reflect the advertised picture. (appreciate an exact copy is not possible). The advertised picture would suggest there should have been more flowers other than Lillys and roses. Additionally the roses never really opened and withered quickly. Very dissapointing given the cost. I could have a got a better display from the local supermarket at a fraction of the cost. Will not use again.

I ordered the wreath in this photo paid £68 instead i got half dozen flowers wrapped in a bow.Which I could've purchased from M&S for £20 I was rather shocked when i saw it and embarrassd. Picture of the six flowers sent below open file Unhappy Customer Mrs Law

Extremely disappointed with the bouquet for £65 - in fact a total rip-off. The bouquet was beautiful but all it comprised of was a single rose, 3 gerberas, 3 mini iris, 3 carnations, 2 snap dragons, 2 small lilly stems and the rest filller foliage. I complained, as I collected it - I pointed out couldn"t be £65 worth when there were cheaper bouquets on show with 3 rose stems as well as spray roses and comparable additional stems. They eventually added a fully opened spray rose stem. Next time I will not support local and I will go to a High Street store. Clearly they are reliant on order deliveries so the person paying will not know the small and cheap bouquet. Do not use. I won't again.

Got the valentine's day gift box delivered for my partner and I have to say very disappointed with the quality and also lack of flowers in the box. I wasn't expecting them to look exactly like the picture on the website, however they weren't even close. I have ordered flowers a few times and always been satisfied with the quality however on this occasion all I can say is very disappointed. It will make me think twice about ordering again.

Hi Williamsons, Order just delivered for my Daughters birthday: Took great pains to order a bespoke specific arrangement - namely: Lots of greenery - banana leaves / bear grass - one colour of flower only - white - small roses What was delivered: Assorted flowers - mixture of colours - and types - and many of the flower heads looked tired. No greenery or flowers I specifically asked for (went over this more than once when ordering)- not sure what is in there. Seems to me that this was a preprepared arrangement - that may have been sitting for some time. Definitely not as ordered.

Booked online for same day delivery as advertised on website. Actually booked on the Sunday evening for Monday delivery. Flowers were not delivered as expected on the Monday. The whole idea of sending them was to welcome them on their first day at work. Doesn’t have the same impact the following day. Emailed to ask if the flowers were delivered and had no reply.

The bunch is smaller and more expensive than other florists. I asked for there to be no lilies in the bunch but there was. Very disappointing.

I order quite often from yourself and the last couple of times I have been really disappointed in the quality of the flowers. These flowers are already wilted and some dying. Not what you would expect and not the first time this has happened.

Very very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet , if I had walked in the shop I would have expected a reduction of 66% as they were weathered. Thankfully my sister who lives two minutes walk from the shop returned the bouquet, shop agreed they were not to the standard they look to uphold. They were for a special occasion of Thier engagement so deeply disappointed . I also do not believe they are like the simply pink ordered

Was told flowers would be delivered on Wed 1st November. Were delivered the day before and left at the wrong house. Specifically told the girl that it was the GROUND floor flat. My friend was told by another neighbour about the flowers sitting on the upper flats doorstep two days later. Flowers had been sitting in the cold for two days. Will NOT be using this company again.

Appalling- having ordered flowers costing almost £100 they couldn't have got it more wrong ' twice, they're excuse was that you can't trust the photos as they are just a guideline!! So why are we ordering from them, however they were given clear verbal instructions and still got it wrong. Can't recommend and will definately not use again.
