Excellent customer service and lovely person on phone took order/payment etc. We ordered Teardrop spray for my Aunty's funeral, delivery to undertakers was excellent, however, on seeing the spray at crematorium I wss a bit disappointed that a few of the flowers looked rather past their best which I was not expecting at all 😕

The order was delivered after I had to intervene to indicate an alternative delivery address. There is no facility on your website to give an alternative delivery address or arrangement.

Very disappointed to get call from delivery driver at 1.23pm to say he couldn't find address. I paid £10.99 for delivery as early as possible in morning. Dalmeny is hardly a metropolis!

Everything was ideal with this order apart from probably the most important aspect - the flowers themselves were withered & far from fresh. They won’t last long. I wouldn’t have been happy sending them out to someone in that state. Disappointed.

The order was dealt with in a professional manner by telephone. Unfortunately the website was not working properly at the message card so I ordered by phone. But despite the order being repeated over the phone, it went out the same day instead of the following Monday. Hope it all ends well. Time will tell.

Bouquet on display £32 I wanted this delivered charged £34 the £32 was to take it away on the day need to display this information

The lady who took the order was very nice and efficient. I was surprised to have to pay nearly £7 for delivery and was a bit disappointed by the bouquet.

I was delighted with the service in your shop but on arrival at our Hotel I found out the flower I ordered was the wrong colour and that the flower was closed. I had asked for cream and green and got yellow and green. The Hotel reception cut some flowers from their display and made up 1 for my wife. This was not a great start to the weekend. I didn’t have time to complain at the time but I am doing so now.

Flowers were beautiful but not impressed with delivery. Drop down menu for address kept changing address picked from Drive to Park. Flowers left at door instead of being delivered in person. Contact telephone number requested on order but not used. Would have to think seriously about using service again. Also flowers were not in hat box as advertised but in basket.

Delivered on day meant. Flowers are expensive and delivery added on top of price even though only being delivered 2 miles away from shop.

I am sorry that you felt that your gift chosen was expensive, we do pride ourselves in giving a large product and price range as you shall see from our offering, we do not include our delivery in our products as the delivery is worked on GPS coordinates creating consistency. The girls in the shop inDunfermline couldn’t have been more helpful , and the flowers were delivered on time great. Only draw back was the flowers were extremely expensive as was the delivery charge for having them delivered am or pm .

Initially the order delivered was not what was ordered which was obviously very frustrating but I understand mistakes can be made. Credit where credit is due the mistake was corrected within a few hours and they allowed my wife to keep the original incorrect order as well so she ended up with more flowers.

It was delivered on time to the funeral parlour. I thought it would have been a bigger spray as it cost me $120 aud, so a disappointment there.

Thank you for your valued review and I am sorry you did not feel that the bouquet was not as large as you anticipated. We strive to purchase the the highest quality stems for our bouquets which are made by experienced florists.

A bit disappointed with the bouquet that was sent to my sister for her birthday. It was not worth the price that I paid for it I could of got it from Tesco for £10 and your delivery charge £6 would make it £16.00 not what I paid. Very disappointed.

Mothers day flowers were nice. Birthday flowers were very small and sparse however, poor value for money.

Flowers were ok.. not what I expected for £30 looked more like £20 bunch....and I was charged 6.99 for deliver to somewhere that was literally 30 seconds from the shop which I find crazy. Not great value for money at all

The Xmas sleigh - it was very good and lasted well into January. I ordered and paid for a large one having been shown at the shop the size I could expect. My first comment to the delivery person was 'Is that the large version?' Clearly he could not have been expected to know but concluded immediately that I received the smallest version!

I live in the US but have family in Edinburgh, so want a reliable florist to deliver for special occasions and have used Williamson's several times. I don't think the on-line system is very good. It doesn't remember addresses for people I've sent to. It also sends you to some other place for payment. Not very user friendly. But they've always delivered the right product at the right time, so I continue to choose them as a supplier.

Thanks for highlighting your frustration with regards the address book. Whilst of little comfort to yourself at this time we have been discussing this functionality recently and intend to revisit (saving addresses was intentionally disabled). We also take on-board your comments regarding off-site payment.
