“Prompt response, at a competitive rate, of an electrical product which answered by installation needs. Highly recommended.”

Helpful Report

“The led lights i purchased (20w pir and 30w) are superb and do exactly what it says on the tin.. The pir does! have the 3 settings for Time,Lux and Distance, and work perfectly.”

Helpful Report

“Delivery was delayed as products ordered were not in stock. When I phoned, I was offered an upgrade to alternatives which were in stock, but it took a second call to actually have them dispatched. So, staff were helpful and I did get an upgrade, but I only received the products in time because I called. This was disappointing as this was not my first order with Wholesale LED Lights and service has been good on each of the other occasions”

Helpful Report

“I ordered a transformer which I received but it had no instructions with it - I emailed you the day I received it to ask a few technical questions and you obviously couldn't be bothered to reply - I have figured it out for myself now. I will not be buying anything else from you because your customer service is non existant.”

Helpful Report

“exactly the right product arrived in good time and well packaged”

Helpful Report

“Online ordering did not allow option of collection in store. This meant a visit to the store to place the order. Delivery was promised within 3 working days. This failed. Chased the order, was advised of delay but was promised a call back with update. This failed. I ended up having to visit store. Further guaranted delivery next day. This failed.”

Helpful Report

“The led lights we bought are perfect. No problem with delivery, they came the next day in perfect condition. Very happy with the lights”
