“This was one of the worst purchase experiences I have had. They took the order and the money and I was expeccting delivery in the promised 2-3 days. It took me contacting them a week later only to be told they were out of stock and delivery to them would not be for 2 weeks. After the two weeks I again had to contact them to find out it was further delayed. Once the order arrived I am now informed it is two separate strips not the one continuous length promised on the website, apparently the maximum length is 25m which is not referencced anywhere on their site. The order was despatched quickly to me and eventually arrived safely and the LED strip does work but has not yet been installed so I cannot assess brightness and ease of installation. The communication was friendly, informative and helpful but not very responsive unitl the last few days. As a product it seems good, as a supplier service very poor.”

Our apologies for the experience you've had shopping with us. We were out of stock of the 14W Warm White tape you ordered, and we can only apologise for not contacting you sooner. I do understand though that my colleague spoke to you offering either an alternative or to wait until they were in stock, and you opted to wait. Once the tape arrived in our warehouse, it was dispatched on a next day service. Unfortunately the limit on tape lengths is capped at the max size of the reel itself, and we actually recommend running a max length of 10m to avoid voltage drop, and this is stated both in the product description and in the image gallery for the product you ordered. We do wish to avoid confusion in the future however, and will take on board the points you have raised, and use them to improve the information on our website. Our apologies once more, and if you would like to come back for another order, our team will be more than happy to help. The WLED Team.
