“Took too long. For ONE bulb I waited 9 days and nothing happened. On sending an email asking when bulb would be delivered, it was dispatched within an hour and arrived 2 days later. Did you forget about me?”

Helpful Report

This was a special-order item and, as we only had one required, there was a delay in getting it in for you. We understand that waiting 9 days was frustrating. We’re glad we were able to get it dispatched quickly once you got in touch, and we appreciate your feedback. If you need any further assistance from us, please just let us know on 0116 321 4120. “Ordered an LED panel on line which arrived quickly, wrong type and damaged. Packing box was undamaged? Contacted the Company who told me they didn't stock the type I had ordered and that they wo issue a refund. Refund issued within a few days minus delivery cost? So I was pleased with quick response and refund, but not having to pay delivery costs.”

“The staff could not have been more helpful. I had endless questions about how to fix my LED lights around my ceiling, together with spot lights too. I must have telephoned 5 or 6 times and Dee always had the time and patience to talk to me. I couldn't be more happy with the delivery and packaging and would highly recommend this company”
