“"Give a nice new colour to our kitchen" The Lady I spoke to regarding a small problem ( Ruth I think) was most helpful and gave excellent service. Your website was ok - easy to navigate and the lamps were delivered promptly - Overall excellent service.”

“The order process and delivery was excellent. I needed to return one item to exchange it and that was handled very well Excellent service”

Helpful Report

“Service was prompt and the order was exactly what I requested.... however ... the 1 meter of strip I requested on my second order was so tightly wound on itself in the packing process that there were two places on the inner couple of turns where the waterproof layer had split right through to the circuitry. Waterproof no more! Surely you could wind onto a 2 cm diameter core piece to stop this happening. A simple problem to overcome. My earlier order was long enough to be presented on a spool, which was fine. A shame you blotted your copybook on the second order.”

“Well the first transformer was a faulty one and to be fair the guy i returned it back to did they they were having a lot of issue with that particular model and did swap it for a better one at no extra cost seeing as I had to come all the way back and then had to pick the new one from their warehouse at another place. The new one is fine thus far, so good quick customer service.”

“Ordered a power supply for my LED lights, after a week the order still showed as processing, email sent to chase received a reply apologising and goods would be posted, a week later still no goods and order still showed as processing, another email sent to chase and apologetic reply received saying goods would be posted that day. Really not good customer service when I have to chase goods twice!”
