Helpful Report

“Good quality LED bulbs, reasonably priced, excellent delivery time, 2 days.”

Helpful Report

“Great products at attractive prices with prompt delivery and great service. I would have given the company 5 stars but for the disappointingly short power leads attached to the Infinity LED floodlamps. That created some installation headaches that could have been avoided if they were 150mm longer.”

“This is a review of the catastrophic service received from WLED. We've made an order of £67 worth of led bulbs and a dimmer switch on the 28th of November 2017. By the 4th of December, we had not received any item. We called the company and they said it is up to the Royal Mail to deal with our complaint. We called the Royal Mail and they said they can't give us any other reassurance for the time being. If you really need to order bulbs we strongly recommend to read this review first. There are high probabilities you will end with no bulbs and no one else to help you recovering neither the bulbs nor the money spent.”

Helpful Report

“Very good service and goods.”

Helpful Report

“Friendly staff, goods arrived quickly, good product. very pleased.”

Helpful Report

“I ordered several LED lights and 2days after fitting them, one stopped working and the other started to flicker. I contacted customer services and there was a 'no quibble' and speedy replacement. I rarely write reviews for websites, but when the customer service is of such a high level, it should be acknowledged.”

Helpful Report

“Phone staff are friendly and capable but nearly impossible to get any email response from them despite many requests. Frustrating.”

Helpful Report

“Waited a long time, and had to call again for refund to be processed.”
