“Delivery was delayed as products ordered were not in stock. When I phoned, I was offered an upgrade to alternatives which were in stock, but it took a second call to actually have them dispatched. So, staff were helpful and I did get an upgrade, but I only received the products in time because I called. This was disappointing as this was not my first order with Wholesale LED Lights and service has been good on each of the other occasions”

“I ordered a transformer which I received but it had no instructions with it - I emailed you the day I received it to ask a few technical questions and you obviously couldn't be bothered to reply - I have figured it out for myself now. I will not be buying anything else from you because your customer service is non existant.”

“Online ordering did not allow option of collection in store. This meant a visit to the store to place the order. Delivery was promised within 3 working days. This failed. Chased the order, was advised of delay but was promised a call back with update. This failed. I ended up having to visit store. Further guaranted delivery next day. This failed.”

“Bought 12 B22 3W Clear Golf Bulbs https://www.wholesaleledlights.co.uk/led-light-bulbs/b22-led-bulbs/b22-3w-omni-led-clear-golf-ball.html So far 3 have failed. That's terrible. WLED sent a direct replacement for the first failure but then sent 2W bulbs for the other 2 failures. Why? These look odd in the 3-bulb fittings I'm using. Now waiting for a response from WLED.”
