“I struggled to find the light we had chosen on the website, the searches did not locate it even using the specific key words. I then called and found the staff very helpful. They quickly sorted out the order which arrived promptly and looks great installed.”

“Product took about three weeks to arrive and the only communication was following my two requests for information on progress. Product has not been used yet bit looks to be a good quality.”

“The company is good but the light fittings do not accept standard GU10 bulbs from major manufacturers such as Phillips. They do however, accept Tesco bulbs. The GU10 metal lugs appear to be slightly smaller on the Tesco ones.”

“A lot cheaper than similar lights from my local wholesaler. Very happy with the price and quality of the product.”

“Very Helpful staff. Good service.”

“They weren’t very good quality, no mounting bracket, they were screwed directly to ceiling from the base of the fitting. One of the neutral dome crimps came off in my hand without any force.”

“They were a little bigger than I thought although to be fair I didn’t check sizes when I ordered them, I had bought them to replace 3 x 500w Halogen Flood Lights and assumed that they would be a similar size. Fitting and setup was simple and they let off a nice light and so far are working well. Happy to buy them again. JCB Bethnal Green E2”

“We are delighted with our purchase. The lady on the phone was very helpful and the fittings and bulbs arrived promptly and well packed. The light has transformed a dim dark kitchen into a nice bright one.”

“I've used Wholesale LED before with no complaints, unfortunately the 2 dimmable bulbs i purchased recently did not dim, they do not change with the switch as other LEDs do. disappointed.”

Helpful Report

“I ordered WARM white lights and got harsh yellow lights. There was no WARM. Theses have been installed and I'm now trying to find a way to soften the colour.”

Helpful Report

“Great service, nice looking lights for the price, bought 4,a lot of these type of lights seemed to have mixed reviews either v good or v poor, one of the bulbs stopped working within a day, then it worked days later then stopped again.turned out l had screwed the cover too tight ,so it was pushing on the bulb, any slight pressure on the bulb and it went out,so don't over tighten the covers”

Helpful Report

“Received 1 of 14 fittings that was damaged. Still trying to sort the problem out but impossible to get a reply from them after sending 3 emails and speaking direct 4 times. The item in question is only £2.50 but after 3 weeks I’m still unable to complete the job for my client.”
