“I did email you. It was answered by Thom O'Brien who was very helpful. The goods arrived on time, complete and in good condition. Your website s very good. The only improvement I can think of is if you used, or at least offered DPD as a delivery service, (no, I don't work for them (;- ). Royal mail almost always deliver when we are out, then things get difficult. DPD email you with a suggested 1 hour delivery slot, if its not convenient you can change it. I don't think they are very expensive.”

“I had no real idea how the strip lights would work, and which accessories I would need. After speaking to Alex, my concerns were gone...as he properly described what was required. Can't as yet comment on the lights themselves, as our kitchen is still being installed, as I write this review, but I hope to update this later. for service, these guys are top - their knowledge and support was great, and the fact I was kept informed of the delivery was a nice touch too. Would certainly be using Wholesale LED Lights again.”

“A really neat product. Delivery was really quick. I am using this system to replace T4 tubes in a number of backlit mirrors. The effect is really great and LEDs should prove to be more reliable.”

“I ordered a 3m led kit on Sunday and put it down for 48 hour delivery. On Thursday after receiving no product I called and asked where my order was, I was told that the transformer was out of stock and they were waiting for stock to come in! I didn't receive an email to say this tho but the man I spoke to on the pone was very helpful and spoke to his manager who upgraded the transformer I ordered free to charge to the next one up as it was in stock and the order was dispatched Thursday and was delivered Saturday! Looks great now it's up and runnin!”

“Good service though telephone staff need more technical understanding of the products they sell but we got there quick enough. We received the items ahead of the forecast delivery so no complaints, a good job done. I called two other companies first got no answer from one and the second did not call back as promised! Happy with the products and service.”

“Communication requires attention, phone calls & emails were not returned, chased getting the quote in the first place which should have rang alarm bells. once ordered LED single coloured strip I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery, after 5 weeks decided to chase only to be told I would expect to be looking at a further 10-14 days, would expect the order was never placed. In the end I opted for a on the shelf product, which was not what I wanted, but had already delayed my electrician for 2nd fix instillation on my house renovation & didn’t want to put him off again. Overall disappointed with the service. On a positive when I did speak with Thom at Leicester LED he appeared to be friendly & knowledgeable, I would suggest the supply chain & communication of this company need to improve to get word of mouth recommendation, this is a shame as this is the only LED shop of this kind in the area, with better management this place could be very successful.”

“I ordered my items and was very impressed with the speed of delivery for my items but from that moment on things have unfortunately not been so impressive , the LED MR16 bulb would not work in my shower fan/ light combo , the garden LED spotlight I then sourced from a different supplier at half the price I paid , I have since sent 15 e-mail to customer services regards if they could assist me with the MR16 bulb and the format for returning goods and to date 10/9/14 I still await a reply re same now this does not inspire me to deal again”
