“Items bought were part of a phone order. On the Wednesday I placed the order I was told all items were in stock and would be delivered Friday. Nothing came. Chased the order on the Monday to be told the items had been out of stock and were due in that day. I waited till Thursday before the items I ordered came, over a week since the order was placed. The LED strip lights and aluminium channel seem good quality (apart from the end caps didn't fit) and the transformer looked fine, but the miscommunication was just poor organisation on the sale persons behalf and if the items were out of stock it would have been nice to have a phone call to say so.”

Ordinarily items are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed, but in this instance the items in question went out of stock which held up the order. “Excellent product, does exactly it what it says on the tin. And to top it off I had some great help organising the cut offs and joins in the right order from staff (Thom - thanks). Nice personal touch. This sort of customer service deserves good feedback, so much so that I ordered the controller for the kit for it too. All delivered together and on time. I attached these LED's behind my PC 4K monitor and it looks the mut's nuts. Thanks guys!!!”

“Wholesale Led lights as always impeccable. However this time, and I have used them many times before, has fallen down on delivery. Was 24hr tracked ,now 3 day and is 150 miles or so away at a distribution hub at the moment (according to tracking), suspect not their fault. However comment was requested and so delivered.”

“The product description and web site is easy to use , a shame you have to log in and save a password for casual purchases, this is one thing that often sends me away from some sites. Delivery could have been a bit more rapid , not up with the best but presumably they don't hold stock and factor them in from a third party to sell on. Even with 2 day royal mail I would have expected them to get the order out within 2 days themselves. But would probably use again as the R80 bulbs themselves are excellent (after 1 day) and a big improvement on CFL that were replaced.”
