“Great customer service, great products. I purchased 6w GU10 Mirrorstone bulbs. They are just as bright as my old Halogen bulbs, but the light is more natural an virtual no heat from the bulbs, I will be buying more items from Wholesale LED and recommend them to friends and family.”

“Good products but order tracking and communication could be better. Five days after placing my order I checked my account online and my order was still listed as 'processing'. It was only when I emailed to ask what was happening with my order that I was told that they were waiting for the bulbs to come from the supplier, which would have been useful to know in advance.”

“Ordered 10 fire rated down lights with 10 GU10 5w led bulbs. Items arrived quickly and are of excellent quality. Two bulbs did not work and when contacted replacements were sent straight away at no extra charge. Great company to buy from with peace of mind guaranteed.”

“I was initially quite impressed with the service. Those I spoke to seemed to be helpful and solutions orientated. A delivery date was agreed. However, I received a phone a call a few days later to say that the goods I ordered weren't in stock, as the specification of the lamps in stock was different to what I had ordered and there would be a delay until new stock had been received. This took the edge off of what had been good service until then.”

“Delivery was carried out perfectly. Unfortunately I'm a little disappointed with the lamp; it was supposed to be a direct replacement for an old-style 60W bulb and, although it's dimmable, the word "dim" would be much more appropriate. I have no idea who works out what the lumen equivalent of an old-style light bulb is but this is certainly not equivalent. After spending this amount of money on one bulb, I'm feeling a bit gloomy (and so is the room).”
