“Ordered 3 bulbs 4 weeks ago- contacted the company after 2 weeks and was promised the product by the end of the week and still waiting! Best of it is , have been charged the 48 hour delivery charge and for the bulbs and been invited to write this review!!!! Poor!”

“N. I received my bulbs this morning, I like the shape and the brightness of them and the fact that they are only 3watt BC 60 MD. I was a little surprised that they are sent in a plain box, with next to nothing telling you anything about them? I do look forward to saving money on them.”

“Amazing lights - incredibly bright, very pure light. Amazing wide beam, great throw for LED light too. I should say that they are not 3000kelvin, the tungsten 35W 3200kelvin bulbs I was replacing were slightly warmer in colour temp and significantly duller in output and significantly hotter to touch. For under a 10th the power consumption you get more light, a more clinical light but great for what I wanted them for. Worth noting I only installed them this morning, so I can't comment on durability. A few months on and 49 of the 50 are working well, one now only outputs about 10% of the original lumen output.”

“Fast delivery! The R80 E27 Spotlights are very good. I bought 3 some months ago & they have worked very well, with good light output and immediate start. I've tried lots of different makes of low wattage R80 E27 spot bulbs and these are the best I've found. Recently bought 5 more & they are just as good - although oddly the new batch take a fraction of a second longer to start! Web site was good, but I couldn't easily find these spot R80 E27 bulbs via the normal "LEDSpotlight" section on the menu system - no immediate photo - you have to find & click R80 E27, I found them using the part number from previous purchase. PR”

“After a little hitch at the begining of my order, I cannot fault the service I was given. I was given an up-grade on the light bulbs that I had ordered with my light-fitting. The person I spoke to, I think his name was James, was very nice, polite and helpful. I will recommend them to other people.”

“I haven't received my order yet so this review just relates to the service rather than the products. I ordered some LED strip light extrusions via the website on 14th August. I received a confirmation email saying that the order was in process but heard nothing else for a week, so I emailed (no response) and called to chase. I was told my parts had been out of stock and had only been re-stocked the day before (slightly suspicious??). He said the order would be sent straight away. The chap on the phone was extremely helpful and apologetic, but in this day and age you expect to be told that items are out of stock when you order and to be kept up to speed with the progress of the order. The items should arrive tomorrow.”
