“I sould just like to say that your k9 knee scooter which I had on hire because I ruptured my achillies tendon, was absolutely fantastic. I do not know what I would have done with out it as couldnt manage crutches because my good knee is not good either. it gave me the freedom, independance and mobility I needed for the 4 bad weeks I needed to use it for. Your service in getting it to me so promptly was fantastic, and returning the scooter A1. No problems, no hiccups. I would thoroughly reccommend, and have done so especially when occupational therapy called and saw it, your services to anyone who has a below knee injury of any description. Many thanks to you all Regards Rose Shingler”

“Very prompt responses to communications. Wheelchair delivery was late. It was due 8-12 and it came at 1pm. collection time was awkward because it was a 9-5 window. Should be half a day and possible to be phoned ahead to advise of closer timing.”

“Excellent service. My wife broke her ankle and hurt her shoulder at the same time, so was struggling with crutches. The Wheel-Freedom knee scooters were a god send. Delivery and collection were prompt and efficient.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Their response to my request for a wheelchair was prompt and the service very efficient. Delivery was made the following morning by a polite and helpful driver and collection was equally professional. I would thoroughly recommend Wheel Freedom to anyone looking to hire a wheelchair at short notice. Thanks guys, you did a first class job.”

“Service and delivery excellent However had several issues with the chair for example leg support didn't Work and clearly had not been checked,another was sent next day but I had to adjust to fit. Back on left hand side kept collapsing and again clearly had not been checked prior to dispatch”

“Absolutely fantastic service, we emailed from my hospital bed and the wheelchair was delivered to our hose the next morning ready for when I returned home. It was exactly what we asked for and in perfect condition. I cannot fault this service. Thank you. Bill Rawles.”

“Ordered the wheelchair just in case I needed it for a trip to London. In the end I decided I could manage without using it by using taxis to get to my hotel and consultant appointment. Cannot therefore rate equipment only service which was professional and excellent. Would definitely use again if I needed wheelchair hire. Thank you so much for your prompt delivery and collection.”

“I was looking for a piece of equipment which would allow me to continue as a parent/carer while recovering from ankle surgery. The knee trolley was perfect, allowing me to do everyday tasks safely while non-weight bearing. While I saw other companies offering the same equipment seemingly cheaper, they appeared to have hidden costs in the small print. I read other customer reviews for Wheel Freedom and have to say my experience has also been very positive. After an initial mix up with the item required, which was corrected swiftly, the knee trolley arrived the next morning by courier. I've been delighted with it and the difference it made and would highly recommend both the knee trolley and Wheel Freedom to all.”

“I found the knee scooter a god send. It helped me be mobile around the house, doing the little jobs home, although I don't know what the dog made of me whizzing around! the service from wheel freedom was second to none and I would recommend that anybody else with a leg injury or disability contact them”
