“When my 93 year old mother came to visit, I hired a wheelchair from WheelFreedom -- and it made all the difference. The lightweight, foldable wheelchair really is lightweight and easily folded. It can be loaded without difficulty into a car, or on to a bus or a train. That allowed us to go anywhere while she was here without worrying whether there would be too much walking or standing. When she felt like walking, she walked. When she tired, she rode (or sat, if we were waiting for some reason). She had a great time, being able to be out and about so much. The service from WheelFreedom was also excellent -- delivery and collection all went to plan, and I even got confirmation from them when the wheelchair was safely back in their hands. I definitely recommend WheelFreedom and look forward to using them again when my adventurous mother comes for another visit.”

“Carmelita who I spoke to on my first telephone call with Wheelfreedom was extremely friendly and totally professional. She explained to me how the whole process worked and having called many other agencies previously and feeling totally deflated by the whole idea I ended my call on a high with her and the wheelchair was delivered the next day. An excellent service in every way.”

“A First Class service from start to finish. My wife broke her ankle whilst on holiday in Yorkshire. The wheelchair was delivered to our Hotel, collected at the end of our stay and re delivered to our home in Cambridgeshire. Sue has been great to deal with, super pleasant and efficient. Recommend the company to anyone. Many Thanks for all you help, Alan”

“Would recommend this service to anyone who wishes to have use of a wheelchair for a friend or relative whilst they are staying. We had a lot of outings over Christmas which involved long walks which my mother would have been unable to manage - so the wheelchair meant she was able to join in everything. The delivery and pick-up was so brilliant - I was out when the wheelchair was delivered and also when it was collected. Not a problem though as they were happy to pop it in the porch and collect it from the porch. It also was spotlessly clean. Thank you will use you again.”

“We found the service to be efficient and the wheelchair was excellent. Phone contact was helpful with clear information given. Prompt e mails were sent informing us of delivery dates and collection times and payments made. Overall we would recommend Wheelfreedom to friends and family.”

“The kneel scooter was a great help. I was unable to weight bear for 2 weeks tried using just crutches but felt very unsafe . The. Knee scooter allowed me to move around safely I felt safe in the kitchen and was able to make tea . Using crutches only I couldn't do anything. A great aid if like me you still want to be independent. Would recommend. Staff also very helpful a great delivery and collection service well worth the money.”

“Extremely friendly, efficient and professional company. I spoke to a young lady at 3 pm, my wheelchair arrived 8:15 the following morning. The chair itself was light, easy to use, and easy to collapse and lift into the car. When I called to inform the company that I had recovered enough to no longer need the wheelchair, it was collected the next day as promised. The whole experience was very helpful and stress free during a particularly traumatic time for me.”

“Brilliant idea and an excellent service! I wanted to buy a wheelchair for my dad to use while we were staying with family over Christmas but there were problems transporting it and all the luggage. Instead I found Wheelfreedom and it was the perfect solution. Thank you!”

“Excellent service hiring a scooter over Christmas. I had helpful information from the member of staff when I phoned. The delivery man was so helpful, clear in describing operation of scooter and informative of products as an alternative. Will certainly come again.”

“The service was very efficient. The wheelchair was delivered when needed. It was easy to assemble and very easy to return again when finished with. Comfortable chair with leg extension. Very easy to handle for both the person in the chair and the person who pushed. Would definitely recommend this company and would use again if needed. Thank you.”
