Please accept our sincere apologies that the wheelchair you received was faulty, unfortunately, this was due to the wheelchair being damaged in transit by our courier. This is a very rare occurrence and we provide a next working day replacement service if our customers experience any issues with the wheelchair they hire from us. Please be advised that this is not our normal standard at all and as per our conversation last week, we have we have processed a full refund for you. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your feedback. Can I please offer our sincere apologies for the wheelchair not being up to standard. All of our wheelchairs are cleaned and serviced before being sent out on hire. “The hire enabled my wife to attend 3 outpatient appointments following an 8 day stay in hospital. The hire assisted me, her husband to easily transport my wife from the car park to her appointments, without having to relay on the hospital providing a wheel chair.”

“Excellent customer service, very reasonable pricing and great range of products. I only required my wheelchair for a short time after I'd broken my ankle and it was a godsend! If - heaven forbid - I need to rent another mobility aid, I'd go nowhere else.”

“So pleased with the wheel chair after breaking my ankle and wrist I was unable to safely use the gutter frame lent from the NHS( worked like a bad supermarket trolley on carpet) the chair enabled me to access all my bungalow. It was an absolute godsend particularly as my husband couldn't take much time off work. Gave me independence. Delivery and collection was prompt ordering simple, the service and chair from Wheelfreedom was amazing I highly recommended the company.”
