“The ease and efficiency of ordering, delivery and collection of my wheelchair was exceptional. I used the online order system and all went well. I only needed the wheelchair for 2 weeks post surgery and a lightweight one that friends could manage. It arrived with clear instructions and packaging that just meant you had to wheel it out of the box. Great service, I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“I ordered the wheelchair for my sick father who lives in a small apartment he had no space for the box that came with the wheelchair as it was absolutely huge. My father is now dying and in a hospice leaving my mother who has dementia in the flat alone. I called to arrange collection for the one day I was available for helping mum with collection and noticed the email confirming this asks me to put the wheelchair in a box. I called and said I'd thrown the box away and went round in circles with the man on the phone for ages because I only had that day to arrange collection because I needed to do it before dad died. I was even told if I wrapped it in bin liners they may take it which they did but rather than saying that in the first place or making it clear on the box that it should be retained your company made one of the worse times in my life more difficult a wheelchair is the last thing I want to be concerned with when my father is laying in a hospice dying.”

“Excellent customer service, and wheelchair was perfect, in great condition and easy to assemble/fold and unfold and very easy to push and to steer. Was exactly what we needed for a few weeks of reduced mobility. I would use Wheelfreedom again, and recommend them to anyone. Thank you.”

“We hired a manual chair when my husband came out of hospital and it really gave him back his independence. Excellent product and service, It was delivered the next day and when we had a minor problem with the foot plate it was replaced within 24 hours. Hope to not have to use you anytime soon but would have no hesitation in doing so or recommending to anyone. Thanks for your help.”
