“The wheelchair was delivered promptly and arrived in good condition and was easy to assemble. My only criticism is that the lightweight chair is heavier than we would have liked as my husband has a double hernia and lifting it in and out of the boot was a bit too much for him.”

“Quick service. And the best prices by far. Only one draw back, The handles on the basic wheelchair could do with being higher as the person pushing had to stoop to handle the chair and although there was a allen key to adjust various things you could not raise the handles.”

“Great service, delivered and collected on the day requested. Would use again. The only thing I would say is maybe the hire fee could be changed for short term hire under 2weeks”

“Just the best service from start to finish .more than helpful staff on phone and email. Wheelchair just a little past sell by date but did job for 2 weeks hire. Would want better for longer term . Thank you”

“A brilliant service at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wheelchair was in excellent clean condition and the delivery and collection service couldn't have been easier. Have used Wheel Freedom before and will definitely use them again.”

“Excellent service - required a wheelchair at short notice to and from stations for rail journey from London to Glasgow. Delivery to hotel and nationwide collection made it so simple and hassle free. Highly recommend.”

“It has been wonderful getting a wheelchair so quickly and easily following my major spinal surgery. I couldn't decide whether to buy a wheelchair or not, hiring one for a few weeks has been perfect, it's been in the car boot so whenever I've needed it whilst I'm out, it's there. Thank you for such an efficient service, much appreciated.”
