“I found Wheelfreedom very flexible with there booking and availability. They are one, if not the cheapest wheelchair hire company's I found. Rang them with an issue with one of the foot plates and Debbie arranged for one to be sent out, which I received the following day. Excellent customer focus.”

“My husband had an accident where he broke his knee cap and had to keep his leg straight and not put any weight on it. I googled wheel chair hire and found Wheel Freedom. I telephoned in the late afternoon and spoke to a very helpful lady who organised the delivery the very next day for the type of wheel chair I needed. I paid over the phone for 2 weeks hire which was very reasonable indeed. By 9.30 a.m. the next morning this very well packaged box arrived and we were out the door in half an hour down to the beach front! Could not believe the level of service - it was brilliant! Lovely wheel chair - looked brand new to me and was very easy to push and my husband said it was very comfortable too. When we had finished with it I made another telephone call and spoke to another really lovely helpful lady who arranged collection of it and the same guy picked it up as delivered it. He very kindly lifted it for me too. Excellent service from this company - so efficient and helpful and actually did what they said they were going to do which is quite rare these days. We don't live local to Wheel Freedom - we live 110 miles away. I would strongly recommend this company if you are ever in the unfortunate position as we were! Thank you very much to you all at Wheel Freedom :)”

“I found the service I received from Wheelfreedom efficient, prompt and helpful. On two occasions I needed to hire a wheelchair, and on each occasion the telephone support was excellent, the delivery and collection on time, and the quality of the chair was excellent. I can recommend Wheelfreedom without reservation.”

“Fantastic customer service! Needed a wheel chair in a hurry as my mom is ill and we had plans to go away for the weekend. I got through straight away and the chair was delivered the very next morning. The wheel chair made a big different to our weekend and mom being able to join us on a visit to Arundel Castle and Bishops Palace Gardens. Very good value for money and appreciated the courtesy call to let me know the wheel chair had been returned.”

“I recently purchased a Vita X mobility scooter from wheelfreedom. I found the staff at wheelfreedom very helpful and very patient. The showroteroom is modern and spacious and well stocked. We were given a a lovely cup of coffee to drink while we decided on our chosen model of mobility scooter. My scooter was delivered to my house on the date and time as arranged. Very impressed with Wheelfreedom and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“So well organised as a company. Wheelchair was at our holiday cottage when we arrived and looked brand new. If it wasn’t, it must have been cleaned to within an inch of it’s life before delivery. Excellent company. Would use again.”

“Very nice friendly staff. Wheelchair ordered and arrived on time. Well packaged. Collection was quick and easy too. Good value for money. Paid for a week extra although it was only two extra days but got a refund once wheelchair returned. Phone call from them confirmed all details. Excellent service.”
