“Absolutely fantastic customer service, massive props to Martin in particular. It took less than an hour to pick the right model and get fitted. The chair is sturdy, comfortable and made from high-quality materials - all for a decent price. Would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“From my initial contact with Wheelfreedom to discuss my options and the best wheelchair for me to rent to returning it I can’t fault any members of staff I spoke to, all were professional, engaged and above all friendly. I was even more impressed by Debbie when I got a phone call from her to say they were extremely sorry but the courier hadn’t picked up my wheelchair for delivery that day (these things happen) and she promised to personally ensure it was delivered the following day which it was. She also rang me minutes after it was delivered to ensure I was happy. Great customer service - thank you Debbie. I would totally recommend Wheelfreedom as they do care about their customers and strive to give that excellent service I felt they were totally there for me. 10 out of 10”

“Hired a rollator to trial outside my home and on holiday. It was delivered to my door in a box ready to use and gave me a comfortable seat for my frequent rests. The customer service was excellent and I would use them again when needed.”

“Very good service and excellent basically brand new wheel chair. Delivery and collection all went smoothly albeit the charge us quite expensive. I only needed the chair for a few days but the minimum hire was for two weeks. Should reduce the minimum time to a week. I would recommend them if you want to hire for a longer period but for a few days I would look locally next time. Can’t fault the service though it’s was perfect.”
